Employees and representatives may not offer, promise, give, request, or accept any payment, gift, or advantage intended to improperly influence a business decision.
Business gifts or hospitality are permitted only when they are reasonable, customary in business relationships, and not intended to influence decisions. As a general rule, gifts should not exceed €100 in value per person without prior management approval.
Finwerd complies with all applicable competition and antitrust laws. We do not engage in any activity that restricts or distorts fair competition, including price fixing, market allocation, bid rigging, or the unlawful exchange of sensitive information with competitors.
Employees and representatives must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Finwerd. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed to management.
Finwerd does not participate in or facilitate money laundering or the financing of criminal activities. We conduct business only with reputable partners who comply with applicable laws.
Finwerd protects confidential and personal information entrusted to us by customers, suppliers, and partners. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
All employees and representatives are responsible for complying with this policy and for reporting suspected violations to management.
